Red Bull BC One 2025 hit the stage hard at the Ryōgoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, delivering a night packed with energy, style, and real battle spirit. It was 1×1 exactly the way we like it: flow, technique, pressure, and plenty of attitude on stage.
Beyond the performances, the event stood out for its Street Fighter-inspired theme, Street Fighterwhich brought that classic game vibe — a stylized stage, game-like graphics, and transitions reminiscent of character “combo” animations. A mix that blended perfectly with the aesthetics of breaking.
🔥 Judges of the Night
A heavyweight lineup was responsible for deciding the fate of each battle:
Luma (Peligrosos)
Kill (Gamblerz/C.A.Y. Crew)
Ronnie Ruen (Style Elements)
Cloud (Skill Methodz)
ATA (Ghost Crew).
Five names who know the game inside out and judged everything with the technical and artistic eye of people who’ve lived countless cyphers and major stages.
👑 Top 16 – B-Girls

The B-Girls came in with full variety: creative footwork, strong musicality, clean freezes, and rounds packed with personality. Almost every battle had moments that surprised the crowd.
Among the highlights, Carla — a newcomer — delivered a great battle against Nicka, who already has strong BC One experience. Another big highlight was champion Riko, who went through a strong lineup of battles and surprised many viewers when she defeated Syssy — one of the favorites — in the semifinal.
👑 Top 16 – B-Boys

On the men’s side, the level was just as high: well-connected power moves, unexpected variations, clean transitions, and a lot of confidence on stage. The Japanese competitors, of course, received huge support — and they delivered.
One of the most talked-about battles was Issin vs Amir, which sparked major reactions after Amir left his championship belt on the floor and walked off before the judges’ decision — a symbolic message tied to changes in his personal and artistic path. In that battle, Issin dropped one of the best rounds of the night, landing blow-up after blow-up against Amir.
Other highlights included Haruto, who showcased uncommon creativity, and Mighty Jake, who reached the semifinals with strong power control and explosive entries.
